Are you looking for a fresh start to 2024?    Package: €29k per annum, performance bonus, daily lunch allowance, electric car & other attractive benefits incl. annual leave purchase, discounts & more…   Territory covers: Dublin (South).     As Territory Manager you will enhance visibility & drive the distribution of key Danone brands within convenience and independent retailers across your designated territory.  Your responsibilities will range from product merchandising and building strong relationships within stores to negotiation and active promotion of incremental displays, all of which will play a crucial role in increasing sales of Danone products.    Danone’s portfolio includes well-known products such as dairy & plant based (like Activia & Alpro), bottled water brands (Evian & Volvic) and specialised nutrition (Aptamil).  Every minute of every day, 3,600 people are eating or drinking a Danone product - and you will play a huge role in helping Danone drive sales by working to increase distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory.    You will be driving increased sales and visibility of the products, and you will be part of a friendly supportive team all working towards same goals.   The role includes the provision of an electric car, which, in addition to being environmentally friendly will benefit you with lower Benefit-in-kind (BIK) tax payments.  We have a policy in place to support the installation of a charger and all electricity costs are reimbursed.  Part of our company culture is sustainability and as part of that, within this team 20% of our Territory Managers will be in an EV.   Electrical Vehicle Charger Details: The offer for the role as Territory Manager is offered on the basis that you are giving us permission to share your details with Ecoplex (this is our supplier for the EV Car Charger), they will contact you requesting 2 images to assess the building for a car charger. Upon successful viewing they will book the installation. Standout are funding the full installation which includes the €300 government grant which we request you apply for on Application Form (seai.ie). On completion of the installation, you will be required to submit to an image of the charger to the SEAI (you will receive email confirmation with a link to complete this). The grant takes approx. 6-8weeks to process at which point you will be required to repay this amount back to Standout via bank transfer or a deduction in your pay.
