Are you an experienced convenience/independents field sales manager looking for a new opportunity which could help you further your career in field sales?
Can you lead, motivate and engage a field sales team to deliver results? We have an opportunity to join us as a Regional Manager on our Danone Convenience account. As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. You will have experience of leading a field based team within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders. Your team of circa 10 Territory Managers will be operating in the convenience and independents sector, building relationships with key decision makers, increasing sales and enhancing product availability & visibility.
You will also be responsible for the following:
You will be field based approx 3-4 days per week working closely with your team. Overnights may be required, potential 2 per month.
You will have an eye for detail and know your way around an Excel Spreadsheet.

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion.
